Carlos Sarduy (Havana, 1985) is a Cuban trumpeter, percussionist, and composer of international renown. He has worked with figures such as Chucho Valdés, Steve Coleman, and Buika, blending jazz, Afro-Cuban music, and flamenco. A multiple Grammy winner, he has participated in over 50 albums and is recognized for his virtuosity and versatility. With his project Los Groove Messengers, he explores contemporary jazz with influences of funk and Afro-Cuban rhythms, creating a vibrant and unique experience in every performance.
